Plot[]
Seo agrees to help out Minato and the others with the escape plan...for a fee. Minato calls Miya who "convinces" Seo to help them free of charge. After an eavesdropping Kazehana pops out of nowhere Seo starts to explain the situation in the capital which basically is divided into four parts, three of which are controlled by one Ashikabi. Meanwhile Miya is sparring with Tsukiumi, who gets totally overpowered and left behind wondering who Miya really is. Seo suggests leaving the city via the northern sector (the only one not controlled by an Ashikabi) but also makes clear that this is still a risky thing since the Disciplinary Squad shouldn't be underestimated. After hearing about the Black Sekirei Musubi announces her desire to fight them.
