Mitsuki, Taki, and several other fallen Sekirei awaken and find themselves in a grassland. They also find themselves in the midst of invading soldiers, who they quickly disarm and disperse. As they try to regain their bearings Mikogami rushes to them, closely followed by Mutsu. Mikogami is overcome with emotion at being reunited with his lost friends, especially Akitsu, and swears he will never let them be terminated again. Elsewhere on the island, Higa reminds his reawakened Sekirei that the "festival" is not over yet; and Sanada finds his 3 lost Sekirei struggling to free themselves from their pillars of ice.
The immense effort of Kusano's norito finally exhausts her, and she passes out; but before she can fall down she is whisked into Minato's arms by a refreshed Kazehana's winds. Matsu is pleased that her theory of Kusano's Norito being able to reawaken fallen Sekirei was borne out. Minato is saddened that they could not have used this to save Uzume, but Matsu reassures him that there is still hope of that; he has done very well to achieve the growth he has shown so far and she is certain that he will succeed in freeing the Sekireis from their fate, effectively creating a new path for the collective future of the Sekirei.
However, in that regard reviving all the fallen Sekirei on the island is a mixed blessing, as they have also revived all of their opponents in the Sekirei Plan. Minato would prefer to just leave them alone, but he suspects that wouldn't be permitted. He turns his thoughts to Musubi, who is still staring down Karasuba.
