Plot
Mutsu's arrival means all of the First-Generation Disciplinary Squad members save Karasuba are reunited for the first time since they disbanded, so they spend some time catching up while the battle continues around them. Mikogami continues his discourse with Higa and informs him that if Higa doesn't cease his attack on Izumo Inn, Mikogami will join the fight against him.
