An Ashikabi who first appeared in the 4th match of the 3rd stage with his Sekirei Sekirei unnamed 02.[1] He ended up fighting Seo Kaoru and his Sekirei. His Sekirei later fell trap to Seo's special powers and before he could take advantage of his Sekirei he revealed that Higa was the one who bribed all of the Ashikabis to take down the Ashikabi of the North.[2]
Appearance
He is an average-hight young man with black hair, wearing bright colored pants and a black T-Shirt with white striped hems.
Personality
Not much is known about him due to his spare appearance. He seems to be quite distressed with his situation, trying by following Higa orders to drop out of the Sekirei Plan.
